A :All the machines we sell to our customers are professionally tested and maintained and ready for immediate work.
2.What is your payment term?
A:TT:30% as deposit, 70% before loading the machine. B:TT:50% as deposit, 50% before loading the machine.
3 :What kind of logistics do you use for delivery?
A :For 80% of our cargo machines will be shipped in containers or ro-ro/bulk, by sea to all major regions such as Southeast Asia, South America, Oceania, Africa, Middle East, etc
B:For landlocked countries like Vietnam, Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, etc., we can transport by road or rail
C:For urgently needed parts, we can send them by express, such as DHL, TNT, UPS or fedex
4: How long will it deliver to your country? A : By sea, about 15-30 days. B : by road and rail 15-20 days
5:Will our company provide any service to the machine?
A: Yes! Before we deliver the machine, we will test, check, service, maintenance and cleandisinfection it the machine.
